so i plan on getting custom wheels very soon and i know i want 15s and i know what i want them to look like but i need help to figure out a specific if not close width /offset.i was thinking along the lines of 15x8-9 offset front 15x9-32 offset.ive looked and looked and called shops and sent an email to the place im getting the wheels from and they recomended 15x8 +25 15x9+25.thats a little conservitive for me i want really wide and a realy big lip on the wheels.
i know you guys have seen the celica xx sites and im looking to get that kind of look for my wheels.any help is much appreciated.

i just got centerlines, 17x8 front with 4.5 inch backspacing, and 17x9.5 w/ 5 inch backspacing. rears have a very nice lip. got them for 900 shipped, will get them powdered coated and will have a new set up for about 1800 with tires. might as well go with 17's, lot more performance tires available than in 15.

The shop quotes that you got....
15 x 8" +25mm... These won't even fit at all, w/o spacers or adapters.
15 x 9" +25mm... Not positive on this one. Help???
Personally, I think you need to get a 2nd opinion @ another shop. EXPLAIN to these guys that you have a 2nd gen Supra (and not a 3rd or 4th gen Supra), thus this requires a lower offset wheel. The MKIII's & MKIV's use a big positive offset & I'm betting that's what he's thinking.

it actually wasnt a shop it was from work wheels.some guy said they didnt really have any specs for our car witch didnt surprise me but he also said he would send me a fitment diagram, well i didnt get one so mabey i could go to a tire shop and have them do some mesurments.just an idea.i also thote of trying my brothers rewind on mesuring the lip and seeing about how much wider i could go.

Call him back and tell him that the stock wheels are 14 x 7 with a +7 offset. this should give him all the info he needs to make a suggestion..

so i triyed my brothers rewinds(14x7 -9 offset) and mesured the lip witch is 2inchs.so i want a 15x8 with a 3inch lip in the front that should be good.i think with that info i could figure out the offset.
