Hey guys, I have an option to get some 16x8 Panasports, but they're 19MM offset. Will they fit my car alright?

And for future reference, on an 8-inch wide wheel, what is the largest offset a MkII can have without rubbing? Or, without having to use spacers anyways? There's tons of 16x8 wheels out there but they're all really high offset.

No. Not without spacers, anyway.

16x8 with zero offset fits all of these cars.
16x8 with +5mm fit on my '84 but not my '85 (caliper clearance problems in the back)

they will fit as long as there is adequat padding(for caliper clearance), though it will be close to the strut housing. maybe too close. id run a 10mm spacer up front and a 20-30mm spacer in the rear.
