what's funny is that video is like 3 years old by now. I just never got off my ass and
posted it before. The car has run 12.3@123 before, and we pretty much stopped there
it was too fast on the street with 4.30s, so we started selling 7M-GTE converted MKIIs
for a while, and then life kinda got in the way for a few years, (my dad died, my grampa
died, my best friend since childhood died, etc.) I'm pretty much back with my head out
of the fog now so I'm going to start doing stuff again.

Actually, 7m-gte, w58, 4.30 gears, shitty hondah size drag radials. He had to shift into
5th and was at redline in 5th through the traps. Redline was 125mph in 5th gear. he drove
2 hours there, all day at the track, with all our crap in the car, tools, stereo, etc, then I
drove the 2 hours back. Chris beat everything there that day except Dan Willie's 980rwhp
drag MKIV.

BUT in the race with Dan's black MKIV we were the only person Dan DIDN'T lift the throttle
racing. Everyone else he let off at half track because he didn't wanna get kicked off. The
MKIV went 10.28 best that day, and that was against chris. Chris did get the jump out of
the hole, so it took dan to the 1/8th mile to catch Chris.

Yeah get this, chris's BEST 60' time is 2.1 WITH drag radials. Yeah traction is a problem.
