i dont know what im more amazed at, the a/f gauge, or a working speedometer (never seen one lol). that is pretty awesome.

it says "ECONOMY" under it. I don't think it's a true A/F gauge, but a neat gadget none the less.

Going to bet its a JDM 2.0 5M-TEU dash, the XX brochures the pics are too small to tell for sure??

Its just a vacum gauge, most BMW's have them too. Also it says its a 2.8 and sounds like one too.

how do you figure, and why the hell would you want just a vacum guage in the car? no a boost guage i can understand :zzzzz:
An economy guage is almost always a vacuum guage.
For best economy, keep it in the green, worst economy is when it goes into the red.

The farther down you press the gas pedal the more you're asking the engine to do, so the lower the vacuum produced = lower economy.
I used to have a Saab that had an "economy" gauge, but it was on the tacho... higher RPMs = lower economy.

thanks guys i just have never seen one before and didnt know that it ran from vacume.
