Some 4 bolt and 5 bolt wheels with the proper offsets for the Ltype and Ptype Supra. Just more options.

Images of thier latest brochure.

OK I'm a little confused as to what "ET" means, is that offset???
I'm wondering if that "Spider" wheel will fit? it says 10-45mm 4 lug, I'm clueless on wheels, but those look real nice

Yes, ET means offset.

Damn most of the good ones (especially the RT's) are 5 lug ><

Those LS's are pretty nice tho.

Depends on the width of the wheel.

As I've stated before in other threads about 17" diameter wheels

Front
Front spacing4.5" maximum
Back spacing5.0" maximum

Rear
Front spacing5.5" maximum
Back spacing5.5" maximum

The smaller diameter wheels will have less back spacing for the front wheels only because of the way the strut leans in.

Also take note that this also means that tyres to be mounted must not be much wider than the wheel. Meaning don't put a 265 of an 8.5" rim on the front even though a 265 will fit a 8.5" wide rim. The tyre will bulge and exceed the maximum limits of front and back spacing.

The general rule of thumb is to add 1" to the width of the wheel to find the width of the wheel from outside edge to outside edge. So a 7" wide wheel will probably be 8" in width from outside to outside.

To find the correct spacing of the wheel in question take the width add 1", then divide by 2 and add the converted offset (from mm to inches) to find the back spacing. Or subtract the converted offset to find the front spacing.

Eg.1

17X8" ET 12

Total width=wheel width +1"
Total width=8+1
Total width=9"

Front spacing=(Total width/2)-(ET/25.4)
Front spacing=(9/2)-(12/25.4)
Front spacing=(4.5)-(.472)
Front spacing=4.28"

Rear spacing=(Total width/2)+(ET/25.4)
Rear spacing=(9/2)+(12/25.4)
Rear spacing=(4.5)+(.472)
Rear spacing=4.72"

Eg.2

17X8.5" ET 6

Total width=wheel width +1"
Total width=8.5+1
Total width=9.5"

Front spacing=(Total width/2)-(ET/25.4)
Front spacing=(9.5/2)-(6/25.4)
Front spacing=(4.75)-(.236)
Front spacing=4.514"

Rear spacing=(Total width/2)+(ET/25.4)
Rear spacing=(9.5/2)+(6/25.4)
Rear spacing=(4.75)+(.236)
Rear spacing=4.986"

Eg.3

17X9" ET 0

Total width=wheel width +1"
Total width=9+1
Total width=10"

Front spacing=(Total width/2)-(ET/25.4)
Front spacing=(10/2)-(0/25.4)
Front spacing=(5)-(.0)
Front spacing=5"

Rear spacing=(Total width/2)+(ET/25.4)
Rear spacing=(10/2)+(0/25.4)
Rear spacing=(5)+(0)
Rear spacing=5"

Eg.4

17X9.5" ET -6

Total width=wheel width +1"
Total width=9.5+1
Total width=10.5"

Front spacing=(Total width/2)-(ET/25.4)
Front spacing=(10.5/2)-(-6/25.4)
Front spacing=(5.25)-(-.236)
Front spacing=5.486"

Rear spacing=(Total width/2)+(ET/25.4)
Rear spacing=(10.5/2)+(-6/25.4)
Rear spacing=(5.5)+(-.236)
Rear spacing=5.264"

Eg.5

17X10" ET 0

Total width=wheel width +1"
Total width=10+1
Total width=11"

Front spacing=(Total width/2)-(ET/25.4)
Front spacing=(11/2)-(0/25.4)
Front spacing=(5.5)-(.0)
Front spacing=5.5"

Rear spacing=(Total width/2)+(ET/25.4)
Rear spacing=(11/2)+(0/25.4)
Rear spacing=(5.5)+(0)
Rear spacing=5.5"

Once I finish the 5 bolt swap, Z31 conversion for the 4 bolt hub and custom suspension mods I will post everything on a website. Garunteed I will be putting the widest rims I can possibly fit without body mods.

That's why I'm trying to figure out the 5 bolt swap, for more wheel selection. The R-7 in 5 lug would be cool I think.

Here are the websites

Give them a call for pricing or contact James Razor (SupraGTR), he might be able to source them for you.

ok i'm gathering that a 16x7.5" wheel should fit fine with a relatively normal tire, what would be the suggested tire size I should use to try and keep the speedo as close to stock as possible, and to keep the tire away from the suspension?

Possible sizes.

225/45-16 front
225/50-16 front and rear.
245/45-16 rear.

Though some up here in Canada have 245s on stock Ptype wheels on all 4 corners.

ok I've been in email contact with Ronal, and they're telling me I will need to buy adapters for the 16 x 7.5" Spider LV wheels 114.3, the offset listed is 13-15mm
Is this correct? I didn't think I'd have to get adapters, but if I do I will, no big problem, just tryin to get the facts stright before I start saving my money, heh
